Tiltrotor aircraft is a new type of aircraft which appeared in the1960 s and 1970 s.It placed a tilting mechanism in the rotor,the aircraft has a new characteristic of the rotation of the rotor during the flight in the "0-90 ".This new feature makes the tiltrotor aircraft with both fixed wing aircraft and the dual characteristics of the aircraft,but also increased the difficulty of control.The purpose of this study is to design the flight control system of tilt rotor aircraft through the study of the characteristics of the tilt rotor aircraft.According to the existing UAV flight control system technical requirements,requirements analysis of unmanned tiltrotor flight control system of unmanned flight technology,proposed to complete the required mechanical structure,electrical control scheme and system software design.In the process of flight control system modeling,using dynamic model theory of dynamics simulation platform is set up,and then use the basic idea of adaptive neural network controller is designed to control,and the results are verified by simulation.Mechanical structure: in the Solidworks software design of unmanned tilt rotor aircraft flight control system of the mechanical structure.Through the Simulation Solidworks finite element analysis module,the key components of the nonlinear analysis,to ensure the structural stiffness,strength to meet the requirements.Control system: mainly divided into two parts: the slave computer and the host computer.The lower computer uses STM32 as the controller,the host computer is developed by VIEW Lab 2014.Through a variety of sensors to monitor the tilt rotor aircraft flying state,to provide data for the control.Using Lab VIEW 2014 real-time module design of man-machine interface,real-time monitoring during the flight process.The wireless connection between the upper computer and the lower computer is used for monitoring the transmission of data and data commands.Through the research,this paper finally established the tiltrotor simulation platform of dynamic model,design of neural network adaptive controller built unmanned tiltrotor experiment platform,the control system circuit design,and completed the production of hardware debugging,completed the software design to the unmanned tilt rotor system and lower machine.However,due to the limitations of personal capacity,the next step will be to establish a more accurate aerodynamic model,improve the upper and lower machines and complete implementation and optimize the control algorithm and other aspects of further research and exploration.
