Both radar and communication device are essential equipment on the battlefield.It is an important trend of the future science to combine them into a comprehensive integrative system.The combination can greatly enhanced the antagonism of electronic equipment and achieve the miniaturization,generalization and multifunctional of the equipment.When integrative system in the process of execution of multi-function tasks,the preemption to frequency and energy resource will inevitably occur,which may affect the work efficiency of the whole system.So it is necessary to allocate resource for the integrative system in the execution of tasks.This paper researches on the resource allocation of the integrative system with radar and communication function,focuses on the integrative system resource allocation model and optimal resource allocation algorithms,and the simulation results are presented.Specific research can be divided into three parts:(1)A radar system resource allocation model based on utility function is proposed.According to the relationship of radar track utility and the system resource such as: sampling frequency,transmitting power,we can build the utility function of the radar tracking task,introduce the basic thought of the Quality-of-Service based Resource Allocation Model(Q-RAM)algorithm and two Q-RAM algorithms are employed to allocate resource of the radar utility function model and the Q-RAM algorithm in runtime and results is improved by optimization theory.(2)The resource allocation means in wireless communication system are researched.To the multi-user orthogonal-frequency-division-multiple-access(OFDMA)system,we use the theory of effective capacity to allocate the resource.And the hierarchical Q-RAM algorithm is applied to implement the optimal allocation of transmitting power for the multi-point communication model.In order to build the resource allocation model of the single-point integrative system conveniently,the resource management model of single-point in wireless communication is developed based on the utility function.(3)The resource management model of integrative system based on utility function is established through the combination of the utility function model of the radar and communication resource management.The Q-RAM algorithm and optimization methods are applied to allocate the resource of integrative system and their performance are compared by simulation.Furthermore,the integrative system of the radar and communication resource allocation model of collaborative work is presented,the simulation result shows that the utility of collaborative integrative system is superior to the conventional integrative system.
