| Currently,the global community is faced with the grim situation that the traditional fossil energy is exhausted gradually.Energy crisis has become the biggest constraint to the development of human society,economy and even peace.Development and utilization of new energy allows of no delay.Solar energy is the source of a range of renewable energy.It is the most suitable new energy for human exploitation because of its huge reserves,extensive distribution,low conversion cost and no pollutants in the process of utilization.Light-heat conversion,as the most common pattern of solar energy utilization,can ease the large demand for solar cell materials to some degree by the reason of cheap cost and long service life.As the core component of solar thermal utilization system,solar thermal collector is mainly composed of solar concentrator,solar absorber and tracking drive system,sometimes accompanied by a PV cooling device.It can realize the conversion from light energy to heat energy.So if we want to improve the efficiency of solar thermal system,we need to improve the performance of solar collector.This paper elaborates the classification and working principle of solar thermal utilization system.Meanwhile we design and analyze the performance of dish solar collector.On this basis,we design a new type solar concentrators,which is made of numerous plane mirrors,and analyze the performance of this new concentrator by means of computer simulation.The work provides a certain idea for the simplification of manufacture and the spotlight uniformity.The main works of this paper are as follows:(1)This paper introduced the research background and significance,and illustrated the development potential and development tendency of solar thermal utilization.Besides,the solar thermal power generation system has been classified and explained in detail.And finally,the composition and working principle of solar collector are introduced briefly.(2)This paper introduced the theory of solar concentrating system minutely.It explained the theoretical knowledge in the process of design and analysis of the focusing system systematically,including the diameter of sun angle,vector catadioptric theorem,the analysis parameters of collector performance and the calculation methods,which laid a theoretical foundation for the following research and design.Meanwhile,it also introduced the software used in the simulation briefly.(3)Based on the traditional solar dish collector,the different shapes of the concentrators and the cavity absorbers have been designed respectively.The relevant performance was analyzed by means of computer simulation,and has been compared with the performance of traditional solar dish collector separately.(4)This paper designed a new solar concentrator with numerous hexagonal flat mirrors combined with the advantages of tower concentrator and dish concentrator.Through simulation analysis and comparison,it is verified that this new type concentrator can simply the manufacturing process and reduce the cost effectively on the basis of ensuring a relatively good performance. |
