Improving the quality of product has become a crucial part to ensure the enterprises have a higher competitiveness.The traditional control chart are applies on the works which in the quality control of production process.In the process of quality control,the collected data obey the parameter distribution generally,however,the collected data obey the random distribution usually in the actual production process,the traditional control charts couldn't make full use of data in timely and accurate response to abnormal condition of production process to ensure the high quality of the product under these circumstances.Thererfore,a nonparametric quality control chart with quick response,high efficiency and good robustness is studies which is very important to industrial production.Firstly,the Shewhart control chart,EWMA control chart and CUSUM control chart are described in details,and also some nonparametric independent two sample test methods and change-point model,which as the theoretical foundation for the following.Secondly,the change-point model,statistical quality control chart and cucconi test theory are studied carefully.The NCCSPC chart based on the cucconi test and change-point model is proposed based on the above theories,the Monte Carlo simulation method is selected to find out the control limits and a fitting function.Moreover,using the Monte Carlo simulation method to analyse the detection performance of abnormal state of the NCCSPC chart and other some nonparametric control charts in the quality data with different distribution and abnormal type.Meanwhile,analyzing the accuracy of that several kinds of the variance test methods and the mean test methods to judge the abnormal type by random collocation,and giving a better collocation test method with preferablecomprehensive performance.Finally,the NCCSPC chart is applied on an automatic production line of motor cover and using Matlab for simulation monitoring to verify the effectiveness of the NCCSPC chart.The NCCSPC chart can react to the abnormal state of the production process quickly,and estimate the occurrence point accurately and judge the abnormal type.The method proposed in this paper has important theoretical and practical significance in improving the quality of products.
