High power converters have been widely used in all walks of life,especially focus on the application in the pillar industry of the national economy,energy and chemical industry,because of high power converter in energy saving,increase production,improve product quality,control power has a very significant role smoothly,providing an effective guarantee for development the National economy.While these are core components of inverter bridge rectifier(SCR diode)and IGBT semiconductor device of rectifier and inverter,using these semiconductor devices will produce a large number of low and high order harmonics,especially the low frequency harmonic rectifier diode uncontrolled causing serious pollution to the power grid.This paper first analyzes the emergence and the source of harmonic,international and national standards to control the harmonic pollution,as well as the current status of domestic and international technology,which has been proved by analysis and Simulation of harmonic power inverter mainly from the rectifier,then inhibit rectifier harmonic is an important direction of this paper.This paper mainly adopts two ways:one is to suppress harmonics using multi pulse rectifier technology to eliminate specific frequency(5K + 1,k=1,2,3...)Harmonic.Another way is to use AFE(Front End Active)rectification technology for harmonic suppression.Multi pulse sorting technique can be greatly reduce the total harmonic current,and meet the requirements of the national grid,the advantages of multi pulse finishing technology is the traditional principle and simple structure and easy product realization,but not convenient equipment modification,and can not reduce the content of part of harmonic current.AFE rectifier rectifier harmonic suppression scheme,through the analysis and Research on the power grid and the rectifier control strategy,and establish the mathematical modeling of rotating coordinate transformation and the dq axis,the success of the analysis of the grid side converter control method of three-phase voltage smooth sine,harmonic current control is very good,this scheme not only the perfect can reduce the harmonic network in line with the national standard,but also can achieve two-way flow of energy,the energy power system,is a sustainable development plan,the future is vigorously promoting national plan.In this paper,through the analysis and research of the above two kinds of schemes,the two kinds of harmonic suppression technology and the advantages and disadvantages,can meet the requirements of power quality,so in different industries and environmental conditions can choose different technical solutions.
