Traditional air conditioning usually regulates the air temperature and humidity in the way of condensation dehumidification,this combined method of handling the air temperature and humidity exist that high energy consumption,the non-matched process of handling the air temperature and humidity,the negative impact on indoor air quality and other issues.Independent contro lling the air temperature and humidity of air conditioning system can effectively solve the above problems,so the choice of dehumidification method becomes the key position.In air conditioning engineering applications,compared to the traditional condensate dehumidification and solid adsorption dehumidification,Liquid desiccant dehumidification has unique development advantages.Therefore,it is very important to study the dehumidifying solution dehumidifier in the form of packed tower.In this paper,the study on the performance of adiabatic liquid desiccant dehumidifier is carried from the two aspects which is the uniformity of liquid phase distribution in dehumidifier interior and the dehumidification performance of filler.In the aspect of liquid distribution uniformity research.First,the current research show that the uniformity of the liquid phase distribution in dehumidifier interior is mainly related to the performance of the liquid distributor and the self-distribution characteristics of the filler.And based on the comparative analysis of the various liquid distributor,it is found that the liquid phase uniformity of the disc-type liquid distributor at each spray po int is the best,The density of the spray point of the nozzle-type liquid distributor is larger.In order to determine the difference of the uniformity of the liquid phase distribution in dehumidifier interior,according to the characteristics of the regular structure of the corrugated packing and the evaluation method of the uniformity of the spray distribution of the irrigation,It is proposed to characterize the uniformity of the liquid phase distribution in dehumidifier interior by testing the Kristenson uniformity coefficient of liquid phase distribution on the outlet cross section of the dehumidified filler.Building the liquid phase distribution uniformity experimental bench,and the experiment was carried out with the two liquid distributor.Comparing the experimental results,it is concluded that the liquid phase distribution in the dehumidifier is more uniform when the disc type is used.In the study of dehumidification performance of filler,this paper chooses the traditional corrugated packing and the clip-corrugated packing as the target packing to study the dehumidification performance.Firstly,the basic principle of heat and mass tra nsfer process in adiabatic liquid desiccant dehumidifier is analyzed,and the design calculation of adiabatic liquid desiccant dehumidifier is discussed based on the packing tower design principle.The dehumidification performance test was carried out by using the same volume of two kinds of fillers under the same working condition.The results show that the dehumidification performance of the clip-corrugated packing is better than that of the traditional corrugated packing.Under the experimental conditions,compared with the traditional corrugated packing,when using clip-corrugated packing,the dehumidification capacity increased by14,the dehumidification efficiency increased by 8%.
