Rsesarch On The Village And Town Planning In The Aspects Of Inheritance And Transformation Based On The Concept Of "International Slow City"

With the rapid development of city urbanization,our economic and social development has gotten great successes.However,the sense of happiness has been decreased sharply along with the city traffic congestion,environmental pollution,food safety and other issues.Although the level of urbanization has not reached the stage of reverse urbanization,it is common to see people escape from the big city and seek livable living environment.As people generate more sense of attachment to rural tourism,more and more people are choosing to live in the countryside to experience farming life.On the other hand,the aging population and the empty nest phenomenon in the rural areas are intensified,resulting in a lot of waste land.A hollow village is formed which is with deep firewood but without farmer and in which the young and the old are left behind while no young adults stay.Based on this background,in order to combine the "international slow city" concept and urban development strategies of "distinctive town" and "beautiful country",classification comparison method,Delphi method,AHP method have been applied to couple the theory and the technology of these two ways.By summary of the foreign "slow city" concept and experience and the research and comparison analysis of the domestic "slow city" construction and development,the significance and feasibility of "slow city" is discussed.Moreover,Then,problems and development ways of village planning in China in rural communities are studied.In addition,this paper explored the rural building community,environmental construction,rural space,ecological system,modernindustrial system and organization management system.It is focused on discussing the training methods of raising residents’ slow consciousness and putting forward a slow rural development strategy.Last,taking Zhangjiajie Bridge Township as a case to build an evaluation system of slow city development and propose the related planning suggestion.We are making efforts to create a green,livable,ecological,harmonious,unique,sustainable and slow paced living environment.It plays an important role not only in enhancing the residents’ happiness index,building a harmonious and comfortable slow life,but also in promoting and perfecting the local tourism and pension development.To a certain extent,it can be used as a reference for the overall development of urban and rural areas in China.
