| With the increasing competition in construction field,construction enterprises can achieve rapid development in the market competition,the key is whether companies have core competencies in achieving the construction of the production of building products standardization,efficient and modern;And the economic benefits of construction project can obtain larger,the key lies in its high and low cost;The level of construction project cost depends largely on the cost management level.Therefore,the construction project cost management is the core of construction project management and construction enterprises.Based on the analysis of the construction cost management of WFJ Metro project,found in the construction cost management deficiencies and defects in this regard,on the basis of project management,cost management and other related theoretical knowledge,the combination of practice and theory and the basic management research methods,combined with the principle and method of project cost control,this paper studies the construction cost management of the project,propose countermeasures and suggestions for construction cost management of Beijing WFJ Metro project,improve the efficiency of construction cost management,reduce cost and improve the efficiency of the company.Specific research contents are as follows:(1)This paper focuses on the problems of the extensive cost management of subway project construction,based on the responsibility cost management,target cost management,quality cost management,etc.,lay the theoretical foundation for this study.On the basis of literature review,this paper defines the concept of the construction cost of subway project,combined with the characteristics of subway project construction cost management,and the basic principles of the classification and quantification methods are summarized,according to the time of the construction cost,the cost can be divided into three categories:competitive cost,guidance cost and implementation cost.The dynamic control principle(PDCA cycle),the principle of total cost management,the economic order quantity,the economic life of equipment and the principle of earned value are analyzed.(2)According to the characteristics of Beijing WFJ metro project,the influence factors of cost management are analyzed,this paper summarizes the problems and deficiencies in the aspects of cost management,such as organizational security unsound,cost awareness is not strong,cost management system and process is not perfect,lack of investment in construction elements,progress management is not in place,quality and safety management is not a system,and there are hidden dangers in contract management.Which organization security,cost awareness,cost management system,procedures involving the company,and the project level,the construction factor involves the human resources,the material equipment supply and management;Progress rate involved in the construction organization design,product protection;The contract involves the contract duration and contract management;Quality and safety aspects of quality management and safety management in the construction cost management issues.(3)On the basis of pointing out the problems and analyzing the problems in the construction cost management of Beijing WFJ project,this paper puts forward some suggestions,the weak link in construction cost management is strengthened,from the construction site cost control details in-depth analysis,practical and feasible control methods are put forward,clear the specific measures to solve the problem.It includes six aspects:improvement of the management system,enhanced cost awareness;implement Responsibility Cost Management,strengthen the implementation of incentive mechanism;optimize the program,reduce costs and increase effectiveness;the rational allocation of construction elements,the effective control of construction costs;highlight the dynamic management,pay attention to open source and throttling;co-ordinate on-site management to reduce expenses. |
