As the construction industry slows down incrementally,competition in the construction sector has become increasingly fierce.Whether enterprises can take advantage of fierce competition or not,the key lies in whether they have excellent skills.For construction companies,whether they can effectively control construction costs is the key to their unbeaten success.In the construction cost management of construction companies,there are widespread problems such as incomplete cost management system and lack of dynamic cost control,which makes it difficult for enterprises to achieve effective construction cost management.S company is a large-scale state-owned construction enterprise.In order to adapt to market transformation,construction cost management has been introduced into its engineering projects.This study proposes a construction cost management optimization system based on the PDCA cycle method under the guidance of comprehensive cost management and other theories.First,it uses the earned value method to analyze the status quo of the construction cost management of the S company C project and finds that it is before the S company C project.A deviation in cost control during construction for 15 weeks resulted in a negative C project profit.Then analyze the specific reasons of the cost deviation in light of the actual situation of the S company C project,and find that in the cost management of C project there is a cost forecast and cost decision stage ignore the actual situation of the C project,resulting in the cost control deviation in the actual construction At the same time,we also found that there are problems in the construction cost management of the C project,such as the unclear setting of the reward and punishment system.Then,under the guidance of comprehensive cost management and other related theories,an optimization system for the construction cost management of the S company based on the PDCA cycle was constructed.In order to verify whether this optimization measure is feasible,it was verified in another project D project of company S.Through analyzing the income after the end of D project,the feasibility and actual value of this optimization system were proved.The construction of the construction cost management optimization system based on the PDCA cycle for S company and the feasibility of the D project were verified.The construction company must pay attention to the integrity of the management system and the construction cost when designing the cost management system.Dynamic control,cost forecasting phase management.At the same time,it can provide a reference for other construction companies to improve the construction cost management system and improve the efficiency of cost management.
