Reactive power supply and demand balance is an important guarantee that the various parts of the power system can be safe and normal operation.Especially for reducing line losses and keeping node voltage.More and more inductive loads in the power system result in an increase requirements in reactive power,load size and run-time unpredictable increasing the difficulty of distribution network reactive power compensation.In the rural power grid or small distribution area and other economically underdeveloped areas of reactive power loss is more obvious.This exacerbates the problem of reactive power imbalance at the end of the power supply,which seriously affects the power quality of the end user.Therefore,the problem of reactive power management in the rural distribution network area has been a difficult problem to be solved effectively,and it is also the focus of the power supply department.This paper mainly studies the theory and equipment used in the voltage and reactive power control in the power grid,and realizes the dynamic reactive power compensation in the distribution network area,and finds out the suitable conditions for the rural power network.Compensation method,compensation capacity algorithm and compensation control strategy.The main work of this paper is as follows:(1)This paper studies the current situation of power grid compensation in the distribution area,including the characteristics of the grid structure and the distribution equipment,the construction of the rural power grids and the existing problems.The load characteristics of the rural area are analyzed,Operation Loss of 10 kV / 380 V Distribution Transformer.(2)This paper studies the working principle of reactive power compensation,analyzes and compares each compensation method,and selects the low voltage side of the distribution transformer as the compensation position according to the agricultural network operating environment studied in this paper,and uses the capacitor group as the compensation device.After the deep study on the basis of the nine-zone map,the fuzzy region map is used as the reactive power compensation control strategy to solve the problem of the oscillation of some regions.(3)Aiming at the 380 V distribution platform grid structure in the actual power grid,the control model of low voltage distribution network is designed and built in PSCAD.The load model characteristics of PSCAD are analyzed,and the load model is suitable for the Taiwan area and the three-phase four-wire overhead line can be built.(4)Through the model of rural power distribution station established in PSCAD,the balanced load and unbalanced load are set up,and the experiment is carried out respectively.According to the low voltage side dynamic reactive power compensation control strategy proposed in this paper,the load and increase of the load and the removal process and the voltage and power factor are improved.In this paper,the fuzzy region map dynamic reactive power compensation control strategy is proposed to solve some of the traditional control strategy to adjust the oscillation problem,to ensure that the capacitor circuit breaker group action and reactive power compensation effect under the premise of effectively maintaining the voltage and power factor Stable,is an effective and feasible reactive power compensation control strategy.
