The development of the city electric power needs development of the power system as the basis and the premise, the national power development trend, and the city economic planning will have the influence to the power enterprise development environment and the direction. Urban power load forecasting is the transformation of power grid planning strategy to develop the main reference, accurate load forecast can supply the reasonable distribution, and find the power grid planning and the optimal time of construction. With the implementation of the national urban and rural power network reconstruction planning and the power shortage in Jinzhong, the research on the transformation of Jinzhong power grid is more urgent.Combined with the actual situation of Jinzhong area power system operation, we do research with reference to national "urban power network planning design guidelines" in Jinzhong grid, and strive for local in the future power grid reconstruction. Combined with Jinzhong power grid, we have the following work for the transformation of the power network:(1) Reconstruct Pingyao substation and Bai Jia Zhuang substation to improve the main tone of the flexibility pressure.(2) Optimize reactive power in the Jinzhong power grid system, to improve the situation that voltage fluctuations affect the operation of the grid.(3) system station has no bad effect of reactive power compensation and low-voltage power distribution network with no shortage of reactive power compensation equipment capacity, users do not difference in the levels of reactive power compensation.To solve these problems effectively and achieve efficient planning and reconstruction needs in the actual situation of the urban "power network planning design guidelines", "technical guidelines for power systems", "guidelines for power system stability and the power system voltage and reactive power technical guidelines" under, combined with Jinzhong Power System Operation Planning and in planning to will achieve" a strong three excellent "for the economic development of Shanxi provide sufficient energy security as the goal programming. From the power network structure optimization, distribution network distribution optimization, distribution network reactive power optimization, distribution network, the capacity of the network, power grid new materials, new technology application of several aspects to plan and reform.
