Wheel axle is one of the key parts of the wheel train safety and the most important part of the fatigue reliability of vehicle system.With the continuous development of intercity EMUs in China,more stringent requirements are put forward for the fatigue problem of the axle.And the preparation of the load spectrum is the basis for the reliability design and the related experiments.In this paper,we study on load spectrum and stress spectrum of axle based on the research of the self-made CRH6 type intercity EMU trailer wheel in China.First of all,this paper is based on the measurement of wheelset to complete the online measurement of wheel rail contact force.Through the modeling and finite element analysis of CRH6,selecting the location of lateral and vertical load of the wheelset is selected and choose the method of combination of axis measurement and wheel test to measure the wheel rail interaction load.According to the ANSYS calculation of the load identification point position,Select the 7 sections of the axle and the left and right wheels of each of the 2 radii of the patch and group bridge,calculate the output of each bridge,give a brief introduction to the method of wheel rail force,and obtain the harmonic analysis of each axle of the axle and the wheel.Combined with the technical support provided by Italy LUCCHINI company,The dynamic calibration of force wheel is completed,The vertical and lateral loads are separately loaded and calibrated;Based on the analysis of the force balance in the calibration process,the actual wheel rail contact force is calculated;The least square method is used to solve the overdetermined equations of calibration data.Based on the measured data of the train on the fast track,the frequency spectrum analysis of the axle signal is carried out and the distribution of energy and frequency of the axle is well verified.According to the load time history,a new method is presented for the one-dimensional and two-dimensional load spectrum of the load and the frequency of the rotating wheel.At the same time,the wheel/rail loads in typical conditions are analyzed in time domain,and the effects of different speeds on the load spectrum characteristics of wheel/rail force are analyzed.Finally,based on the stress spectrum of each section of the axle and accounting the linear cumulative damage theory to fatigue strength assessment of Axles.This paper provides the basic data for the study of the load spectrum and stress spectrum of high speed trains and intercity trains,and explores a new method of preparation,which lays the foundation for the fatigue design and experimental research of the train wheel and axle.
