In order to study the distribution of space spinning shrapnel bullets,based on a shrapnel,the composition and the movement process of bullets are analyzed.And then the influencing factors of the distribution of the bullets are analyzed.The ballistic model of space spinning shrapnel bullets from steady-state scanning stage to hitting the target is established.The Monte Carlo method is used to determine the distribution regularities and the variation range of the influencing factors of the distribution of the bullets.MATLAB/SIMULINK simulation software is used to establish a ballistic simulation model and obtain the regularities of the distribution of the bullets through the theory of error analysis.The main contents include:1)According to the characteristics of the space spinning shrapnel bullets,the structure and moving process of steady-state scanning stage are analyzed.The bullets' trajectory will be divided into internal and external processes.Ground,umbrella cylinder and cylinder coordinate system is set up,respectively,in order to describe the steady-state scanning system.The transformation of the bullet coordinate system to the umbrella cylinder coordinate system is completed;2)The factors influencing the distribution of space spinning shrapnel bullets and the regularities of the bullets velocity variation are analyzed.The influence of motion parameters on the distribution of the bullets is also analyzed.The centroid of the bullet which is moving in the composite cylinders is determined.The composition of the overall quality of the composite cylinders is introduced.The variation regularities of the quality and the centroid position of the composite cylinders are obtained.The variations of the quality,centroid coordinate of the cylinder and the centroid of the bullets moving in the composite cylinders are analyzed.The variations of the stress,motion and the scanning angles of the composite cylinders are analyzed.The variations of the scanning angles are derived through the changes of the gravity,centrifugal force and the centroid;3)The basic assumptions are made during the ballistic analysis and modeling process.The motion models of the bullet in the composite cylinder active segment,active and passive segments out of the tube are established.The acceleration,velocity function and motion time are obtained.In addition,man can also get the motion time of the active and passive segments outside the cylinder,the velocity function of the bullet.Meanwhile the velocity-time and displacement-time curves during the rocket engine ignites and the bullet hits the target are obtained.The bullet's final velocity of the active segment outside the cylinder is about 330 m/s.The article determines the change scope of the random variables of the bullets' impact points distribution factors.The Monte Carlo method is used to establish the bullets' impact points coordinates model.The calculation model established by the MATLAB/SIMULINK is resolved,so as to get the bullet impact points coordinates,average impact points,standard deviation,circular probability error and the regularities of the distribution of the bullet.The results of the further studies have a reference meaning and application value for the analysis of the shrapnel's operational efficiency.It is used to provide decision-making assistant information for the design of the shrapnel and firepower employment.
