Missile is the latest weapon in modern warfare,wich is one of great hallmarks for national defense modernization.Rudder system is a critical component of missile servo system,whose performance determines the quality of missile.In this paper,Kalman variable structure controller and adaptive Kalman variable structure controller are studied,in order to improve the rapidity,anti-disturbance,anti-interference and robustness of rudder system,then in complex environment,realize rapidity,accuraty and real-time tracking of missile to instruction by studying one missile.Firstly,this paper studying the working principle of electric rudder system,analyzing requirements in practical application,available technology,and DC servo motor,amplifier drives,gear reducer,feedback potentiometer controller etc,build the mathematic model of rudder system.Secondly,according to the latest controller of rudder system in China and abroad,the model of variable structure controller based on index reaching law is build.For noise and unknown environmen,this paper studies Kalman filter variable structure controller combined Kalman filter algorithm with variable structure controller and verifies that it has advantages of variable structure controller and the ability of filtering,which rises obviously the robustness of rudder system.Besides,for the change of stochastic interference and the perturbation of system mathematical model in the flight process of missile,namely,the change of R,Q orA,H,adaptive kalman variable structure controller is studied in this paper,verified that it holds superior stability and adaptability,which significantly improves the adaptability and robustness of system.Finally,the study results show that Kalman variable structure algorithm has obviously improved the anti-interference ability of system,and adaptive Kalman variable structure algorithm can not only effectively improve the anti-interference ability of the system,but improve the adaptability and stability of system in unknown complex environment by comparing and analyzing traditional PID control,fuzzy PID control and variable structure control algorithm.
