Based on "twelfth five-year" key project of national science and technology support plan "of urban rail transit train comprehensive energy saving key technology and application demonstration",the thesis introduces the maximum torque current ratio(MTPA)control strategy and specific harmonic elimination of pulse width modulation(SHEPWM)modulation strategy,respectively to the existing subway traction inverter is improved,and making use of the simulation and experiment validate the feasibility and effectiveness of the two strategies.In the subway train traction drive motor vector control strategy are studied,analyzed the theory of vector control and Clarke transform,Park transform of coordinate transformation,and on this basis to establish the dynamic mathematical model of the motor,the vehicle model and the rotor flux linkage model,and the simulation in MATLAB environment modeling and simulation of vector control system.The maximum torque current ratio(MTPA)control strategy are studied,on the premise of guarantee the motor output torque constant is proposed to change the size of the excitation current and torque current relationship,through the change of stator current value to minimize the purpose of,on the basis of vector control MTPA control block diagram are given,and the control model is established in the MATLAB simulation environment,the correctness of the theory is verified by simulation,and has set up a platform of traction drive in the laboratory,through a large number of experimental data to verify the feasibility of true.To specific harmonic elimination of pulse width modulation(SHEPWM)modulation strategies are analyzed in theory and research,the harmonic torque ripple,fever caused by several hazard are expounded,and the noise analysis compared the subway line 10 traditional SPWM modulation mode and SHEPWM modulation mode,modulation method raises the improved hybrid model,and gives the block diagram,modulation based on vector control set up simulation model,through the simulation in MATLAB simulation environment analysis,obtained the specific harmonic eliminating pulse width modulation(SHEPWM)in low harmonic eliminating advantages,is verified through the experiment and give the switch waveform modulation mode,verify the validity of the theory.The two strategies of improvement,the experimental results agree with above to get the simulation results of theoretical analysis,this thesis puts forward the control method was verified and modulation method is effective.On the ground,on the basis of the experimental platform,the two strategies is proved actually increases the energy saving effect of the traction drive system,and gives the specific energy saving data.
