Owing to the increasingly severe situation of resource shortage and environment pollution problems,developing the new energy vehicles has become a hot topic in society.The interior permanent magnet synchronous motor(IPMSM)is widely used in the new energy vehicles due to its high torque density,high power density,high reliability and other advantages.Maximum torque per ampere(MTPA)control is often used in the drive control of IPMSM,in order to obtain the optimal torque performence.The MTPA control can improve the torque output capability of IPMSM and minimize its copper loss.Therefore,this paper focuses on the rearch about the MTPA control of IPMSM.In this paper,a new space vector signal injection method is proposed to realize MTPA control without the motor parameters,which has good steady-state precision and excellent dynamic performance.The reliability and feasibility of the proposed algorithm are verified by simulation and experiment.The main research points of this paper are listed as follow:(1)The structural features and basic characteristics of IPMSM are introduced briefly,and the mathematical model of the motor is established and deduced from the natural coordinate system to the rotating coordinate system.On this basis,the vector control strategy and SVPWM modulation strategy are introduced,which lay the foundation for the following study.(2)The principle,realization method,advantages and disadvantages of the signal injection algorithm are described in detail.Aiming at the difficulty of signal injection and signal processing,the space vector signal injection algorithm is proposed.By injecting a signal at the inverter side,avoiding the mudlation in current inner loop.Two methods of fixed frequency injection and variable frequency injection are respectively proposed.The signal processing flow is simplified and the feasibility and reliability of the algorithm are enhanced.(3)Using Matlab/Simulink to build space vector signal injection algorithm simulation model,descriping the details of the modeling step,and the set of specific parameters has given.Then use the simulation model for simulation analysis,combined with the simulation results and the principle of mutual confirmation of the algorithm.Proving the feasibility of fixed frequency signal injection,variable frequency signal injection and simplified model of signal analyzing.(4)The motor drive platform is designed with d SPACE real-time simulation system,and the hardware and software design of the drive system is given.And in this experimental platform,a 2.2k W IPMSM is controlled by the space vector signal injection algorithm,verifying the feasibility and reliability of this proposed algorithm.
