At present, the strength of concrete products in non-destructive testing, generally using rebound method, ultrasonic method and comprehensive method or the like. NDT is the meaning in the context of keeping the concrete structure from destruction, the main structure of concrete probing analysis to determine the distribution and intensity level of reinforced concrete. NDT both to solve concrete construction quality inspection difficult problem, but also the final acceptance to provide more accurate scientific basis. Among them, the ultrasonic-rebound method detection of concrete quality in health, not only can accurately detect objects feedback elastic condition, but also can obtain accurate information plasticity, can simultaneously obtain the specific circumstances of the concrete surface and internal structure. Based on the above advantages, ultrasonic synthesis methods are widely used in non-destructive testing of concrete, effective in ensuring the level of quality of concrete. However, in specific applications, the technology will be a series of internal and external factors and constraints, resulting in the accuracy of test results to some extent, the need for one of the factors to conduct a comprehensive analysis and effective solution, in order to ensure the detection of Science. And this is the main content of the research.In order to obtain detailed data research, the subject of a total of 120 types of parts specially designed concrete specimens. Wherein the first type of specimen,108 parts, in particular C10-C60; second category is 12 parts by reinforced concrete, in particular C20-C40. Further, in the test specimens are reserved for each group of 7 test cubes 21, specifically Buddies 150mm × 150mm × 150mm.
