The nondestructive testing of concrete structures by rebound method and coring method in our country at present.The quality of the surface 10mm-15mm depth range can only be determined.Therefore,the method can not really reflect the degree of damage and damage location of concrete.The ultrasonic method and the exciting vibration method can not only locate the internal defects,but also have the advantages of being fast and not affected by the structural parts.However,these two methods are not widely used in engineering practice because of their high professional requirements.In order to solve the above problems,the nondestructive testing of all-lightweight shale ceram concrete is carried out by rebound method,ultrasonic method and vibration method.This paper mainly studies the following aspects:?1?LC20,LC30 and LC40 of all-lightweight shale ceram concrete?ALWSCC?block were tested by ultrasonic and rebound,and the fitting curve of compressive strength was established.Through the comparative analysis,the best function curve and the correlation coefficient of the maximum R2maxax fitting curve are obtained.?2?The dynamic signal acquisition of the damaged beam are decomposed and reconstructed by wavelet analysis,choosing 6 detail coefficients of b1-b27 waveform as the optimal level of damage index,judging the damage on the beam;at the same time,ultrasonic and rebound testing of beam,to evaluate the strength and quality in beams,and according to the compressive strength of core samples to verify the evaluation results;?3?According to the reliability evaluation of R2max=0.8527 fitting curve,the reliability index?=0.94 is obtained,so the fitting curve can be used to deduce the compressive strength of all light shale ceramsite concrete.And three kinds of nondestructive testing methods,the strength and damage information of the shale ceramsite concrete can be evaluated accurately.
