Today the most of air carriers only rely on laws, regulations, models, restrictions and other security bottom line as a basis for risk assessment by comparing actual operating conditions to dispatch aircraft. This method of risk assessment of lack of complex integrated assessments. Especially multi-critical conditions of such high risk operation can easily be ignored. In view of this situation, this thesis designs a multi risk integrated management method based on the improved risk matrix evaluation method.In the part of risk identification for nearly ten years of history on the basis of plane crash cause induction aviation operation condition and study the relation between them, the summary of the aviation accident. Qualitative and quantitative analysis of multiple critical operational risks based on the identification of the output. In order to clarify the problem, this thesis has a typical aviation accident in the qualitative analysis of all kinds of main risk conditions. In the quantitative analysis, the risk matrix method is used to assess the risk of aviation. In order to adapt the research based on the risk condition, this method is combined with the grey incidence degree method to avoid the error of the conventional favorable conditions, which is more accurate and close to the actual operation. This is also an innovation of this thesis. Using the evaluation results of the historical crash to divide the level of aviation risk, and provide the basis for the risk response. In the risk response part of this thesis, we provide the most of air carriers can achieve the protection measures for risk response. Since the operation of aviation is an extremely fast process, so this thesis will design an onboard check list into which roll the result.The main work completed by the author is as follows:(1) To collect and collate the history of the crash data summary of the impact of various operational risks in the aviation accident. That is the basis of the risk identification of aircraft operating under multiple critical.(2) Using the method of grey correlation degree to rank the degree of flight safety, which is used as the basis of risk matrix, then the method of risk matrix is used to evaluate the risk condition.(3) According to the risk matrix evaluation method, make the risk management check list and make the risk response plan according to the evaluation results. This thesis introduces the method of using risk management checklist, attention matters, and illustrates with examples.The purpose of risk management checklist and risk response plan is to quickly and effectively evaluate various operating conditions and make the corresponding plan. The complex hidden risks not only in multiple critical conditions but also other high risk operation conditions can be identified and evaluated by this method.
