After the reform and opening up, China has successful transferred from an agricultural country to an emerging industrial country. With the escalation of globalization and the West Industrial Structure, a large number of manufacturing companies move to China, leading to an unprecedented opportunities that China's manufacturing industry ushered. Many domestic manufacturers gradually expand their scale, but it exposes the problem of high costs and low income. With rising labor costs becoming the trend of social development, the labor cost advantage which China's manufacturing enterprises previously owned is slowly disappearing.The productivity and management of the accessories production line in an electronic company with air conditioner manufacturing background cannot meet the production needs under the existing conditions in busy season. Thus, it is ready to adjust the planning to redesign by lean thinking to improve accessories production line's production efficiency and balance busy season productivity and production output relationship. Furthermore, with the impact of general accessories production line capacity of the existing pipeline, production line re-engineering is done. Due to the parts production line of small quantities of many varieties peculiar problem, it compares the three production units and proposes additional split-type unit production line solution to solve the problem of lack of human resources and too frequent switching the order of hour wastage. Firstly, this thesis will inspect the industry background and the relevant research status of the electronic company. Secondly, it will analyze the accessories production scene and production data about the production line for the main factors that affect the production line production capacity in the busy season and the main factors of improving the work of the difficulties. Furthermore, the impact of general accessories production line capacity of the existing pipeline is analyzed such that the production line is redesigned to meet the requirement of small quantities of many varieties peculiar problem in comparing the three cell production. The program is to achieve better production factors of an electronic parts company with the production line and use, to balance the relationship of supply and demand in peak season, to establish normal order of production, and to improve efficiency production of the production line. The research idea and results of this thesis can provide some guidance and inspiration for site management of some similar companies.Through the above research results in a company with small quantities of many varieties of mixed flow production lean production model is an effective way to solve high-cost, low-margin long manufacturing cycle problem.
