Application Research On Cell Production In Electrical Production Line Of K Company

As a big manufacturing,global manufacturing base,China is taking orders from all over the world for our low cost,big quantity.But salary rising,exch ange rate rising,large waste in manufacturing process,the cost of manufacturing is rising steadily;China is losing advantage of low price.Many well-known manufacturing enterprises are moving their factories to South-east Asia which cost is lower.Lots of enterprises locating in Chu Chiang Delta,Yangtze River Delta are facing survival predicament.They should change to another kind of manufacturing mode for increasing.Now,China is in the period of changing from manufacturing base to manufacturing power.We should know how to using Advanced management methods to upgrade Chinese enterprises' competition.This is exactly the topic we should discuss and let China changing from manufacturing base to manufacturing power.Cell production is rooted from Lean production.Cell production is more flexible in organizing people and products.Cell production is using less space and higher efficiency.Cell production can help enterprises' management to change products' quality,eliminate waste,reduce cost,remove inventory,enlarge effective production area,train employees.This paper is based on cell production's basic theory together with IE knowledge and tools from Lean Production.Choosing instruments manufacturing line from K company,we plan to build cell production system in this line by finishing procedure analysis,process analysis,time study,waste study,value stream mapping.We will verify whether cell production system can change mass production to more flexible production organization.K company is a traditional German instruments brand and keen on level measurement instruments with high quality and is one of leading brands.?Kcompany is keen on custom-tailored manufacturing mode.If we find how to balance efficiency and custom-tailored mode,it is meaningful for K company to raise our competition,shorten delivery time,producing more flexible,eliminating waste.We hope we could offer some reference to other manufacturing enterprises in the future and also offer some facts and figures to other study on cell production.
