| In our country, a lot of light retaining structures were destructed by wind.This paper trys to find out the reason in wind load. The issues discussed in this paper include:1)The wind velocity data of four weather stations in Macao were used to compare the fitting degree of the wind velocity distribution, and the determination of the standard value of the wind speed was carried out based on the obtained distribution function; 2) Pointed out the problems in the value of the partial coefficient of wind load in the codes;3) Adjustment of design value of wind load; 4) Test and analysis of the vibration of different mass objects under wind;5) The wind speed in different averaging time is compared.Based on the above, the following conclusions are drawn:1.The probability distribution of wind speed data of four stations in Macao area is fitted. The fitting results show that the fitting result of the extreme type I distribution is better, and it can be more accurate to reflect the distribution of annual maximum wind speed;2.For the 50 year period of extreme wind speed, the result of the extreme type III distribution may be too small, and the extreme type II distribution may be too large;3.When the wind speed values of the reference period are estimated using the data from some stations, the maximum value is estimated, and the statistical data of the wind speed should be standardized.This paper argues that the model of wind load design value may be better than using the model of uniform partial coefficient, but it is not suitable to copy the concrete form of American Standard. The analysis of this paper shows that:1.The standard value and standard deviation of wind load vary with the local area, and the uniform partial coefficient will cause the difference of transcendental probability in the 50 years of the wind load;2.The design value of wind load should adopt the uniform transcendental probability, which is convenient to control the failure probability and the corresponding reliability index.The test results show that:1.The time of pressurization and decompression is shorter, the dynamic response of the wind pressure is larger, the time is longer, the dynamic response is smaller;2. Under the effect of pressurization and decompression time and the value of the pressure, the mass has a significant effect on the dynamic response, and the difference of acceleration is used to explain this phenomenon.The average time interval of the wind speed is indicated:for the light retaining structure, the wind pressure can be determined by using the 3S wind speed may be better than the use of 10min average wind speed and wind pressure additional gust factor model. The analysis of this paper shows that:In Macao area, the ratio of 3S wind speed and 10min wind speed is different between the four stations, and the same probability is smaller in different regions of the country. |
