With the hydraulic system of construction machinery is developing to high pressure, high speed, high precision and high efficiency,the pollution caused by oil pollution is more serious in the hydraulic system. According to the statistic data at home and abroad, seventy or eighty percent of the hydraulic system's failure is caused by the pollutants in the oil, especially the solid particles of pollutants, especially the hard particles,easy to cause the wear of hydraulic components, leading to its decline in performance,shortening the service life; Such as air mixed with the system oil, the formation of a large number of bubbles will cause the hydraulic pump, hydraulic cylinder cavitation, gas explosion, lead to the failure of hydraulic components Finally.Therefore, it is an important way to ensure the reliability of hydraulic system and prolong the service life of hydraulic components, to study the pollution control of hydraulic medium and to take effective measures to control the cleaning of the hydraulic system.In this paper, through the analysis of oil testing, pollutant analysis and the production process of excavator, the feedback of market quality, making clear the harm and loss caused by solid particles in oil and air and so on. In order to controlling and improving the pollution of hydraulic system of excavator effectively, From the perspective of R & D, technology, production, service and quality management, the main measures to be taken are presented:1?Reduce the solid particle contaminations:( 1) Strengthen the control of cleanliness in the production process of hydraulic components,control process standardization;(2)Take preventive measures in the transportation, storage and assembly environment of hydraulic components to prevent the intrusion of foreign pollutants.( 3) Improve the filtration process and the cleanliness of hydraulic oil;2?Reduce air intrusion in hydraulic systems:Improve the hydraulic element and fuel tank structure of the valve and the exhaust gas of the hydraulic system, avoiding the contamination of oil and air. 3 ? The above improvement measures to make the process flow chart and operating standards, strict implementation of standardized operations in the production process, ensurecompliance with operation process.In this paper, through the control measures of hydraulic system pollution to ensure the excavator hydraulic system cleanliness above NAS9 plays an important role in reducing the failure of the hydraulic system, improving the reliability greatly,the use efficiency and the economic efficiency.
