Electric vehicles with energy saving and environmental protection has become the focus of attention and the trend of automotive development in the world.With the advancement in power electronics,control theory,motor manufacturing and digital signal processing technology,induction motor vector control technology has been widely used in the field of motor speed-controlling.Induction motor has firm structure,small size,with which it bears severe environment competently.Besides,the mature technique and low price make it plays an important role in the field of electric vehicles,and with the continuous development of vector control,the induction motor has become the dominant drive motor for electric vehicles.In this paper,STM32F051,produced by STMicroelectronics Co.,Ltd.,is adopted to fullfill vector control in three-phase induction motor speed control system.Through the research of the vector control theory of induction motor,the mathematical model is established,and the direct vector control speed control scheme is set up finally through comprehensive analysis.Flux linkage,torque and speed closed-loop are used to manage motor operating parameters,and SVPWM is utilized with pulse width modulation.A DC link Single-current sensor detection not only saves costs,but also excludes it from inconsistency of the drawbacks compared with 3-current-sensor.Finally,the configurations of STM32F051 is introduced to realize space vector modulation better.The focus of this paper is the modulation of the induction motor through vetor control under SPWM and single-current sensor detection based on STM32F051. |
