China's economy has maintained rapid growth, which continue to promote the country's pace of urbanization, the city population increasing drive vehicle population continues to rise, the traffic congestion has become the norm of modern city traffic. Rail transit is admired by many large cities in China for its fast and large volume, high efficiency, security, punctuality, properties of low energy consumption, Rail transit has become the first method of public transportation. Among the subway tunnel construction methods,shield method are widely applied in the construction of the subway tunnel construction for its safe and efficient construction the good adaptability advantages. Shield construction affected by the engineering geological conditions and human beings during the excavation of Shield. The land subsidence can be caused by the strata loss because of the construction of shield tunnel, the shield driving exerted an inevitable effect on the underground structures, which will brings big economic loss and bad society effect. So, ensuring the safety of structures and reducing the adverse effect to environment are the emphasis and difficulty of subway construction When shield passing beneath through buildingsThis article takes a subway shield zone tunnel of the 1th line of Changchun subway-traversing the north station of Changchun railway station project as an example. The shield construction process which passing beneath through existing buildings is simulated, and the influence and deformation caused by the shield construction is studied. Some effective measures are put forward to optimize the construction. In this paper, the main research work is as follows:(1)The principles, construction method is introduced, the mechanism and development process of ground settlement and the influence regulation about the existing structure during the shield tunnel construction is predicted.(2)The force and deformation, when shield crossing the existing building of the north station of Changchun railway station project are simulated by practical commercial finite element analysis software, which provides the credible evidence for shield passing beneath through existing buildings.(3)Based on the numerical simulation results, Some effective measures to control the existing building are put forward to ensure the safety of shield tunnel construction of the 1th line of Changchun subway.
