Design Of One New Type High Voltage Generator For X-ray Medical System

X-ray is strongly connected to people’s life once it was discovered,it’s used in medical diagnosis,industry detection and public security etc.areas.X-ray was primarily used by clinician,X-ray medical system was the earliest medical imaging system that was used in clinical application to inspect inside of human body,and now X-ray medical system is very popular in hospital and physical examination center [1].High voltage generator is the key part of X-ray medical system,it plays an important role that it’s similar with the head and heart of human body.Chinese local medium and high frequency high voltage generator developed later than others,we input most of them,and the power rate and frequency of local high voltage generator is lower,poor imaging quality and dose instability,the imported high voltage generator works good,but they are so expensive [2].Upon the issues of current high voltage generator,this thesis will design one new type high voltage generator for X-ray medical system based on all the previous research.Below items are the main researches:In this thesis,at first,design the electrical system.Select the proper rectifier bridge and parameter to design the three-phase full wave rectifier circuit,select the proper main power component to design the inverter,analyze three type resonant converters to design the series-parallel resonant converter,select DSP chip of TI to design the main control circuit,it will provide all operation time sequence control;the second,design the mechanical structure of the high voltage generator.Select the proper bracket of oil tank material,design the bracket according to IEC requirement,select the proper high voltage oil by test and analysis,use SolidWorks Simulation to do the finite element analysis for the oil tank interface board,design the product structure according to EMC and EMI requirements;at last,qualify and validate the high voltage generator by software simulation,prototype unit vibration test and experiment.Final test and validate test result approved that the generator complies with the design requirements and satisfies customer’s requirements.
