In recent years,the degree of urbanization gradually increased with the rapid development of China's economy.People pay more attention to the beauty of the city in the course of the construction of the city.Therefore,overhead line is gradually replaced by underground cables.However,when the cable fails,the high voltage signal generator in the test equipment is relatively heavy,and the efficiency is not high,it also can not locate the fault point quickly.In view of the above problems,this paper designs a high voltage signal generator,which is characterized by a small size,light weight,high efficiency,easy to carry.The design of the high voltage signal generator by 220 V AC power input,then get high voltage signal through the rectifier,chopper,inverter,double voltage rectifier.The rectifier part adopts single phase bridge uncontrolled rectifier circuit,the output DC voltage is about 300 V with the LC filter.The chopping part adopts Buck chopping circuit,and the voltage can be adjusted from 0~300V through adjusting the duty ratio.Boost inverter adopts full bridge inverter circuit,the voltage is increased through the high frequency transformer,the LCC series parallel resonant technology is adopted in inverter,realizing about the switching tube zero current turn-on and turn off,thus effectively reducing the switching loss and improving efficiency.The voltage double rectifier circuit is composed of capacitors and diodes,the inverter voltage will increase about 30 kV by 12 times voltage,this technique effectively not only reduces the volume of the device,but also improves the equipment load capacity.In order to ensure the reliability of the equipment,the core chip of the control circuit is the STM32F103 which is produced by ST company.The microcontroller generates swich tube drive signals,the driving circuit is composed of IR2113,using optical coupler isolation output.The voltage and current sampling signal feedback to the microcontroller processing,when the emergence of overvoltage or overcurrent fault,single chip of switch driving signal blockade,so as to ensure the safe and reliable operation of the equipment.
