As the development of the material's living standard,people have a higher pursuit on the trip efficiency and quality.Metro becomes a popular traffic tool because its convenient,comfortable nature.Metro belongs to personnel intensive public places,involving many factors leading to the fire risk,and the evacuation and rescue will be very difficult in the event of fire.Therefore,there exsits urgently needs for the guidance of theory of risk management.Based on basic process of risk management,this paper uses the traditional analysis method and constructs evaluation model,combining with the case named Qingdao metro line 3 to do study of fire risk management of metro,mainly done the following work:(1)This paper discusses the fire risk management related theory of metro,clearing the definition of risk and compositing the characteristics of metro fire risk,expounding the characteristics of metro fire and the risk management process,doing a simple introduction on the hazards of basic theory and artificial neural network at the same time.(2)This paper uses the method of fault tree to identificate the metro fire hazards,introducing the method of fault tree firstly,and analyzing its applicability;Secondly expounding the using process of fault tree method based on the analysis of the cause of the fire in the metro,building the metro fire fault tree;Finally with the help of a fault tree diagram,finding the basic way to the accident,through computing the important degree of hazards' structure,puting forward the key measures to control hazards.(3)From the accident cause theory and the angle of the system safety analysis to identify the hazards of categorization,this paper builds a metro fire risk evaluation index system,using judgement matrix which is deduced with the method of fuzzy preference programming(FPP),weighting of the fuzzy analytical hierarchy process(FAHP),scoring the various indicators,through the normalization processing and weighted processing as training samples for error back propagation(BP)neural network training,establish the FAHP-BP method of metro fire risk assessment model,and the applicability of the model analysis and model solution.(4)Combined with the actual situation of Qingdao Metro Line 3,the paper builds metro fire risk evaluation index system and evaluates its state,according to the evaluation results,proposing fire risk control measures of metro.This paper focuses on the research of metro fire risk management.The purpose is to recognize the fire risk level of the system and enhance its ability to resist fire,ensuring the safe operation of the metro system,and provides a reference and support for the metro operation company and fire departments to carry out fire safety management.
