Research On Key Technologies In Agile Supply Chain Management Under Network-manufacture

The challenge of today's enterprise enterprises is to find novel ways to run their business to become more flexible, reliable, and responsive. Agile supply chain has emerged as a technology that provides more accurate allocation of costs to products or activities by their usage of company resources. The supply chain is a kind of valid business mode of cooperation. In the recent years, the network technique and electronic commercial technique develop and become popular gradually, which provides a powerful technique support for the research and application of the supply chain. At the same time, the supply chain and its management become a popular topic of the domestic and international modern manufacturing and technique management realm again. Network-manufacture is a new kind of modern manufacturing that appears recently, and it is also the hot realm to research and practice for manufacturing industry. The purpose of this thesis is to complement the traditional agile supply chain management system, and the new viewpoint brought is instructing significance for manufactures to manage the coorelationship of the supply chain and implement the continual stratagem.Based on the analysis and overview of deficiency and research status in agile supply chain management (ASCM), this thesis is mainly concerned with key enabled technology in ASCM including ASCM foundational theory, ASC forecasting technology based on neural network, ASC cooperate partner selection and SCM system based on IT technology and so on, which provide a theoretic and practical guide on implementing ASCM successfully for companies.First, this thesis analyzes the harmony of the supply chain based on demand forecasting. The thesis studies on BP neural network arithmetic and its application in ASCM forecasting. BP forward direction neural network has been adopted in sales demand forecasting analysis including collect related data, construct BP forecast model. Therefore, company will make correspondent plan to correspond to market demand.Next, the thesis researches cooperate partner selection technology. After analyzing the traditional selection method including quantitative and qualitative ways, FAHP is selected to complete the evaluation. Related program is developed to make the process intelligent.Finally, on the basis of deep understanding of manufacture and management process of enterprises, the thesis construct ASCM with advanced management ways and IT technology from system viewpoint. So system frame is brought out, then develop the primary system including software and database.With the core of improving ASCM efficiency, analyzing the theories from several key technologies, this paper puts forward a solution. The solution has certain realistic meaning.
