In recent years,due to the needs of social and economic benefits and changes in production processes and equipment,it is inevitable to go upstairs for large power equipment,the resulting vibration problems will not only affect the normal production work,and even lead to serious damage to the buildings and even threaten the physical and mental health of the staff.This paper take a medical butyl-rubber plug workshop on the first floor of the stamping equipment moved to the third floor to use cause excessive vibration response and equipment can not be normal work under the influence of vibration as the background.In the case of structural identification and dynamic characteristics test,the vibration characteristics of the structure floor are obtained and the cause of the vibration of the structure floor is analyzed by finite element analysis.The effects of several different vibration reduction schemes are compared and discussed.Finally,the vibration isolation scheme is adopted to reduce the vibration of the structure.After vibration isolation measures are carried out,the equipment can work normally and meet the production requirements.The effectiveness of the vibration isolation scheme is verified by the field test.At last,some suggestions are put forward for the vibration reduction projects of similar projects.The main work in this dissertation is as follows:(1)To identify the safety of structure,which main components of the size,bearing capacity to meet the requirements of the specification,which is called Safety comprehensive evaluation for the first class.Preliminary using Paste carbon fiber cloth and angle steel bracing method to increase the equipment at the bottom of the reinforcement damping treatment.But the vibration problem has not been improved obviously,the reason lies in the lack of floor stiffness of the equipment,which caused by the floor of the resonance effect.(2)The vibration characteristics of the floor are obtained by the dynamic test of the structure,and establish the finite element model.The simulation results are in agreement with the experimental results.The finite element model can accurately simulate the dynamic parameters of the reaction structure.Modal shapes and natural frequencies are obtained from the modal analysis.The displacement frequency response curve of the maximum vertical displacement is obtained by the harmonic response analysis to determine the frequency range of the resonance frequency.The reason of causing too large vibration response is confirmed.(3)In order to solve the vibration problem,the solutions are presented as follow: Enlarging Sub-Beam Section,using vibration isolator and MTMD vibration control.In this paper,the three damping schemes are main parameter design calculation and finite element analysis.Through the comparative analysis of the dynamic indexes of three kinds of schemes have damping efficiency.It indicated that using vibration isolator make each power index dropped significantly and is better than the others.In actual engineering,the vibration of the workshop is well controlled by using vibration isolator.It offered the reference for similar engineering vibration problems.
