Analysis On Vehicle Emission Standard And Key Emission Parameters Measurement

In recent years,with China's automobile production and sales of 20-30% increase,car ownership is increasing year by year,resulting in a substantial increase in automobile exhaust emissions,and gradually become an important component of air pollution.To this end,the Chinese government has developed a more stringent vehicle emission regulation.With the gradually strict emission regulations,how to effectively do a good job of vehicle emissions management,as the relevant national authorities,automotive technology research institutions,testing organizations and automobile manufacturing enterprises are facing major issues.This paper analyzes the test method of the light vehicle emission regulation emission in Europe,America and China,the test method of the exhaust pollutant at ambient temperature is through the chassis dynamometer to simulate the actual driving conditions of the vehicle.During the test,the vehicle road load will affect the driving resistance,and then affect the vehicle's pollutant emissions.Through demonstration analysis,in the case of limiting other key emission parameters of the vehicle,the vehicle road load is reduced in a reasonable range,which is favorable to the result of the vehicle emission.A reasonable and targeted test design is put forward in this paper,and two light gasoline vehicles of the same type are selected and tested by the National Automobile Quality Supervision and Inspection Center.Emission results and fuel consumption simulation results are verified by experiments,and the results are in accord with the conclusions of the study.The influence rules of the key parameters of exhaust on emission test results,providing a reference beneficial for product design and production consistency control work in the future,which can effectively improve the level of pollutant emissions of automotive products.
