With the increasing number of car in recent years,the problems of environmental pollution and petroleum energy crisis are becoming increasingly outstanding,and the energy conservation and emission reduction work of the automobile industry is facing tremendous pressure.China is about to implement the sixth stage emission standards,Facing the strict emission standards,adopting appropriate emission control technology route is the key technical to solve the problem of light vehicles meeting the strict regulations in the future.Therefore,facing the sixth stage emission standards,it's of great significance for energy conservation and emission reduction to conduct relevant researches on the technical route of light-duty vehicle.By means of questionnaires research,interview and other methods,the emission technology route of light-duty vehicle for the sixth stage emission standards was investigated and analyzed,and the primary technology routes for light-duty gasoline and diesel vehicles at home and abroad were obtained.According to the analysis,fistly,gasoline and diesel vehicles need to reduce the generation of pollutants in the machine through the internal purification technology.In the aftertreatment,both of them need to use the appropriate amount of precious metals and optimiaed precious metal formula.Gasline vehicles can use TWC or TWC+GPF,and diesel vehicles can use DOC+DPF+SCR+ASC,which is one of the potential technical routes to meet the sixth stage emission standards.Through the comprehensive analysis of the factors affecting the choice of emission technology routes,the evaluate index was proposed.The AHP-FCE method was used to construct the comprehensive evaluate index system of technical routes,and the mathematical model was established too.Based on this model,some of vehicles obtained from the survey were tentatively evaluated,and quantitative evaluate results were obtained,which provided theoretical basis and applied research for the construction of the subsequent comprehensive evaluation system.Through vehicle emission test,the different technology route vehicles facing sixth stage emission standards were tested.The fuel economy and emission levels under different test cycle NEDC,WLTC and CLTC-P were obtained.It provides an important value for the research and development of the China sixth stage vehicle model,and also provides a reference value to meet CLTC-P driving cycle in the future.
