To meet the harsh marine environmental needs of the offshore platform,since the variability and complexities of the marine environment,the vibration control of offshore platform structures become very important.In order to satisfy the normal use requirements of durability and security for platform structure when it suffered different natural disasters,this paper proposed three new measures that can enhance the performance of resisting sea ice condition and the vibration response caused by earthquake of offshore platform.We performed an analysis of elastic-plastic model of anti-ice seismic using the finite element software ABAQUS,and research the best method for seismic and ice-induced vibration from the three measures,which is both economical and secured.1.To the problem that JZ20-2 offshore platform structure at Bohai Bay was severe Ice-induced vibration,we proposed three methods of applying support structure.braced structure?concrete-filled steel to offshore platform,comparing the maximum displacement and acceleration variation at four nodes to the anti-ice damping effect of the offshore platform in the elastic stage.2.For the fact that the climate is becoming abnormal,in contrast to the extreme sea ice conditions at unusually cold climate,we applied support structure?braced structure?concrete-filled steel the three new anti-ice measures to JZ20-2 offshore platform.The ice-plastic response of the offshore platform was analyzed under the conditions of 1.5m,2m and 3m ice thickness,performing a anti-ice plasticity reaction analyses of offshore platform.3.To deal with that the frequently appeared earthquake,we applied support structure?braced structure?concrete-filled steel to JZ20-2 offshore platform,exploring the seismic response of offshore platform under the action of Tianjin wave,Kobe wave and Taft wave.It is judged that the concrete-filled steel tube system has the best effect in the earthquake elasticity stage through the maximum displacement and acceleration change at four nodes.4.In the case of extreme rare earthquakes,the Tianjin wave,Kobe wave,Taft wave peak acceleration 400gal take its 2.5 times,so that the ocean platform into the plastic phase.Based on the stress distribution of the offshore platform,the effects of three new types of seismic measures,such as bracing system,bracing system and concrete filled steel tube system,on the seismic elasto-plastic behavior of the offshore platform and the collapse deformation analysis are analyzed.5.Comprehensive comparison of the effect of three actions in the anti-ice seismic aspects,through anti-ice seismic damping effect at elastoplastic stage,drawn steel concrete offshore platform vibration system works best.
