Since the reform and opening up,with the rapid development of China’s construction industry,whether it is the construction scale and construction type has a great leap,especially the steel structure construction technology matures,there is a qualitative change on the development of China’s architectural form,since the steel structure construction,our country has built the Olympic Games venues nest,Beijing airport and other large infrastructure,but with the large-scale construction of steel structure and material,our country will also face a lot of steel for planning or service life due to the demolition of the situation.The past is widely used in concrete construction in blasting methods can not meet the requirements of steel structure,and large steel structure if the use of mechanical cutting and chemical cutting high risk,low efficiency,can not meet the requirements of building demolition,so it is urgent to develop an innovative building demolition,to solve large-scale steel structure demolition requirements.In the past more than and 10 years,the demolition blasting linear shaped has developed rapidly,and widely used in large steel structure demolition project,demolition blasting technology is already a mature.But to be safe and successful completion of such explosive cutting demolition task,in the technical security of the office to solve some of the problems.First,the cumulative cutting energy focus and explosives,the effective utilization rate of theoretical research and draw reasonable conclusions,according to the theory of the optimal design of shaped charge cutting apparatus,and ultimately determine the mode of calculation,optimization of structure parameters of the cutter and the concrete method;then deeply influence factors of blasting demolition,analysis of each influence factors of large steel structure types,determine the best fried higher charge shape;finally,the reasons of security risks exist in blasting engineering and risk,determine the scope of safety by calculation.Finally,combined with a steel plant explosion of demolition project,the research achievements are applied to this project,understand the safety check of blasting design,which is more intuitive,the whole process of safety protection.
