The performance of automobile braking components is an important factor which affect automobile safety, and durability of the braking components in many performance is the key, but the situation faced by the automotive braking components durability detection device is: the first is loading and driving mode are simple, most of them can not accurately simulate the actual working situation of components and it is difficult to meet the relevant technical requirements of standards; the second is function is too single, most of them can only complete single or similar brake components test, low detection efficiency, in order to realize the performance test of automobile brake parts or assembly, enterprises need more testing equipments, resulting in the burden of human and financial resources. In order to solve these problems, the following exploration work is made in the development of automobile braking components durability test bench in the paper:(1) reference to standards, the test-bed driving system, high and low temperature box system, load simulation system, vacuum adjustment system and control system of the regulation were designed, involving multiple areas of machine, electricity, liquid and gas, the key technology of variable stiffness load design for wheel cylinder load simulation system is emphasized.(2) the LabVIEW was used to develop software system of test platform, the software has functions of real-time acquisition, dynamic monitoring, automatic storage etc. and the two key technologies in software development were summarized,they are multi-station parallel test technology and reusing interface technology.(3) according to the corresponding standard, on the stationl, station 2 and station 3, the brake clamp assembly durability test was made at room temperature and high temperature and low temperature. The experiment results show that the test bench can better simulate the real vehicle situation of braking components, each subsystem containing the second drive mode can work normally and stably.(4) according to the corresponding standard, on the station], station 2 and station 3, the vacuum booster with brake master cylinder durability test was made at room temperature and high temperature and low temperature. The experiment results show that the test bench can better simulate the real vehicle situation of braking components, each subsystem containing the first drive mode can work normally and stably.The research work of this thesis has innovation as follows:The detection device is integrated with the machinery, gas and hydraulic pressure, automation, computer technology and it realizes the multi component multi station automatic detection function, the durability test of five types braking components including vacuum booster, hydraulic brake master cylinder, hydraulic brake wheel cylinders, sense of load proportion valve, brake clamp can be simultaneously carried out at room temperature and high temperature and low temperature, which is seen rarely.in the field.
