| In the cast-in-place reinforced concrete’s construction,in order to reduce the cost,reduce the labor intensity,shorten the project duration and improve the construction efficiency,as well as taking into account of the need to conserve resources and protect the natural environment,this paper interrogate that fixing the high performance soft fabric lining with stainless steel mesh,and using the fine aggregate of ultra high performance concrete as templates,so forming textile and steel net both reinforced concrete permanently.In construction,the templaThe main contents of this paper include: 3D spacer fabric enhanced the interface between new and old concrete bonding experiment,fiber fabric reinforced concrete slab and the cast-in-place concrete composite slabs and mechanical performance test on the two part.The main research methods and conclusions are as follows:(1)The design and fabrication of a variety of new and old concrete bonding mode small sandwich components,test shows that the 3D spacer fabric has good adhesion in the new and old concrete bond surface,can enhance the bearing capacity of shear test.(2)The method of making a three-dimensional spacer fabric as the connection mode.The feasibility of the method is proved by experiment.The dimension error of the component is small,and its quality is guaranteed.(3)The design and manufacture of the permanent formwork and the cast in place reinforced concrete two-way slab,using three-dimensional spacer fabric as its interface bonding.And the mechanical test research.The test results show that the composite two-way slab has better bearing capacity and stiffness than the whole cast in place,and can effectively inhibit the occurrence and development of the cracks.2)the use of three-dimensional spacer fabric to enhance the interface bonding has a good interface bond,both of which can be coordinated by force deformation.3)the theoretical value of the permanent formwork and the cast-in-place reinforced concrete two-way slab calculated by the method of two-way slab theory is consistent with the actual value.Meet the requirements of the specification. |
