| In the shear wall construction, the traditional construction process is complicated, it needs large amount of labor and long construction period, those factors cause a direct impact on construction costs and increase the project cost. At the same time, the traditional template materials such as wood, bamboo and steel. Because the low reuses of these materials were seriously consumed, it leads a severe exploitation of natural resources, then it caused a serious environmental problems. In order to shorten the construction period, reduce costs, conserve resources and protect the environment, the paper presented a thermal insulation composite template as a permanent building templates which were superposed by glass fiber reinforced cement single template and insulation material, the permanent building templates formed a sandwich-type composite shear walls after poured concrete. The composite shear wall not only has the function of self-insulation, but also could avoid direct contact with open flame so as to reduce the risk of fire insulation. At the same time, the normal use key of the composite shear wall was a reliable bonding property on different material surface, to ensure that insulation composite template and post-poured concrete can work together.The paper mainly includes the experimental study on interfacial bond of insulation composite template superposed layers and the experimental study on performance of sandwich composite shear walls. In the interfacial bond performance test of the superimposed layers of thermal insulation composite template, there were13groups of rest pieces, they were combined with each other through the use of the type of insulation material, different types of concrete and interface connection mode of the type of material; With the introduction of the sandwich-type composite specimen test, on different conditions the shear bonding properties and failure mode were studied, there were also a comparative analysis on the type of interface connection, different insulation materials and different type of concrete on the shear behavior of the specimen as a whole, then recommended to use; Considering the selection of a suitable insulation material and a set of reasonable bond for composite shear wall with self-insulation.In the performance test of composite shear walls with Self-insulation, through the use of different types of templates and the ratio of the width and thickness in combination with each other, coupled the experimental comparison of ordinary shear specimens required, there were5shear wall specimens designed with the shape of "一"; Through the static loading test along vertical and horizontal way, the carrying capacity of the composite shear wall and collaborative work performance of composite shear wall with concrete were studied, the template interface bonding properties, the mechanical properties, deformation properties and failure mode of the thermal insulation composite template were analyzed, the results proved that such sandwich-type composite wall with self-insulation has good performance, and the research results provided a further applying in practical project-basis for the cement composite template with self-insulation and without demolition. |
