Combined with the company production of the 1.8 L engine,the precision analysis of the engine crank connecting rod mechanism,and carries on the example computation,the precision inspection,the endurance performance test research.Finally,the shape and position tolerance and dimension of the parts are optimized.First of all,analysis of the piston-connecting rod-crank mechanism movement,working principle,structure form,Focus on accuracy of engine crank connecting rod mechanism is analyzed?Including the determination of the shape and position error affecting the assembly accuracy of the crank linkage mechanism.Analysis of the relationship between the axis of the piston pin and the axis of the crankshaft;The influence of the shape and position error of the components,the cumulative error on the axis of the piston pin and the axis of the crankshaft.Through the example analysis and calculation of a company's 1.8L engine,the main factors affecting the parallelism error of the system are found out,and the optimization of the system is carried out.Second,research on the detection scheme of the parallelism and perpendicularity,and then test the parallelism of the piston pin and the crankshaft axis in the engine crank linkage mechanism.we will analyze the size and data of two 1.8L engines.then,research the bench test,to determine the test content: 24 hours running conditions,engine net power test(initial test),engine power loss,oil consumption test(initial test),400 hours alternating load test,the engine net Power test(retest),engine vibration test,oil consumption test(retest).According to the above-mentioned requirements we will test the two 1.8L engines further.and analyze the results to verify the impact of parallelism of piston on the performance of engine.This Research shows that the parallelism tolerance of the kinematic pair of the crank link mechanism can effectively control the performance parameters such as wear and vibration of the engine.At last,Optimize the selection of piston,piston pin,connecting rod,crankshaft,connecting rod watts,main shaft tile,cylinder block size and shape and position tolerance,in the national recommended standards and machinery industry recommended standards and existing manufacturing level.Through the theoretical analysis of parallelism,data measurement,strengthen the test and the choice of form and position tolerance,etc.For the latter part of the engine design and size of the reference,the engine and parts of the design,manufacture,testing,assembly and test with a guiding significance.
