With the rapid development of China's economy and the continuous improvement of the level of urbanization,making the refrigerator market has been rapid development,more and more people choose to replace the frequency of the traditional refrigerator mechanical fixed-frequency.Variable frequency refrigerator because of the "brain"-the controller,it can perceive the environment,and can always adjust the compressor speed,so that the refrigerator is always running in the best energy consumption possible.And as the core of the controller,the control strategy of the merits of the refrigerator energy-saving has a crucial role,but also affect the controller design.And in the context of the national implementation of energy-saving emission reduction,the control of the refrigerator controller and control strategy has a more important social significance and economic value.The aim of this paper is to apply the method to the optimization proposition of the energy consumption model of variable frequency refrigerators by exploring and studying the robust multi-objective optimization method.Then,the research results are applied to the design of variable frequency refrigerator controller and control strategy.In particular,the main research work of this paper is as follows:(1)The basic principles of particle swarm optimization,multi-objective optimization and robust optimization are studied.Some optimization strategies are organically combined and improved to a certain extent.A robust multi-objective optimization method based on particle swarm optimization is integrated and improved.(2)With the real frequency refrigerator as the object,a set of variable frequencyrefrigerator measuring and controlling system is established.The energy consumption,the compressor speed and the ambient temperature are recorded through the experimental method.BP neural network was used to fit these data to establish BP neural network model of energy consumption.The model was optimized by robust multi-objective optimization based on particle swarm optimization algorithm.The optimal energy consumption was compared with the compressor speed and ambient temperature The relationship between.(3)Design and implementation of variable frequency refrigerator controller.The main components of the controller-the main control board,the LCD control panel and the frequency conversion driver board are described in detail in the software and hardware design.The results of energy consumption optimization are applied to the design of the control strategy.Finally,The variable frequency refrigerator controller based on the energy consumption is optimized.The results show that the design of variable frequency refrigerator controller in the energy-saving achieved good results.The optimization method and experimental research program is also extended to other models of variable frequency refrigerator performance optimization design.
