The control strategy of refrigerator with inverter plays an important role in the refrigerator fresh and energy-saving.There are many factors affect the performance of refrigerator,and they also affect the design of control strategy of refrigerator with inverter.Therefore,it has important significance to optimize the control strategy of refrigerator with inverter base on study of factors affect the performance and running parameter optimization design of refrigerator.Theoretical analysis and experimental research of factors affect the performance of refrigerator with inverter are done with a refrigerator measuring and controlling system.The optimized compressor rotating speed in different environment was obtained through intelligent optimize algorithm.A control strategy of refrigerator with inverter can adapt to different working conditions is designed,which produces ideal effect.The contents and results of major research papers are as follows:(1)The principle of refrigeration system was researched,and effect of factors on refrigeration system was analyzed theoretically,such as environment temperature,compressor rotating speed.(2)Refrigerator with inverter measuring and controlling system is introduced.The experimental was conducted an investigation in influencing factors performance of refrigerator with inverter.Refrigerator with two temperature was taken as experiment object,and the refrigeration temperature was used as the control objectives,based on the relationship between the refrigerating capacity and heat load;the effect of the factors of ambient temperature and compressor speed on refrigerator cooling system was analyzed through the change of freezing temperature and power consumption.(3)Refrigerator control procedure was analyzed,and a way of analysis the performance of refrigerator was obtained from microcosmic angle.System model is established utilizing BP neural network,and correspondence of compressor optimized rotating speed in different environment is obtained through the multi-objective optimization utilizing particle swarm.(4)The original control strategy of the refrigerator inverter is experimental studied and the shortcoming is analyzed.A control strategy of refrigerator with inverter was designed through combining with the previous experimental studies,which can adapt to variable condition of different ambient temperature,and it was compared with the existing control strategy.The research results indicate that the optimized control strategy improve the performance of refrigerator in temperature fluctuations and energy efficiency.
