As the vehicle of floor elevator has a very high flow of people, in recent years, with the rapid increase in the amount of elevator installation and some elevator get older, more and more people get trapped in elevator fault accident, real-time elevator fault alarm systems are becoming an indispensable part of the elevator device.The paper expand by university-industry cooperation. Mainly to developed a set of elevator health status real-time monitoring and management system through the use of sensors, RFID radio frequency identification and fault diagnosis technology, The system can collect elevator running data through the logical processing of these data to diagnose the state of operation of the elevator, and alarm real time when the elevator failure occurs, In addition the system can work attendance maintenance personnel, supervision of maintenance personnel can improve the quality of maintenance, and protect the safe operation of the lift better.According to the elevator structure and characteristics of the work site, The paper designed and developed the elevator health monitoring and management system based on real-time information terminal, The system uses elevator sensors which is independent of the elevator electrical system to collect relevant data at time, not control the elevator, install and use the elevator sensor does not have any impact on the original elevator system itself, the system applies to all elevators; The system use the data which collect by the elevator sensor to diagnosis elevator fault, and also can quickly and accurately determine the fault type elevator and real-time alarm, while advertising information terminal elevator car with voice and video playback appease, relieve trapped passengers implementation tension, helps to rescue; Systems have RFID radio frequency maintenance and attendance functions, the ability to record the name of the elevator maintenance personnel, maintenance start time and end time of maintenance, improve maintenance personnel work supervision, help to ensure the safe operation of elevators; Elevator system has a sensor fault diagnosis mechanism, it is possible to lift the sensor itself self-diagnosis, avoid elevator malfunction false positives omission caused by sensor fault; System is able to collect the relevant parameters elevator operating environment, and lay a solid foundation for the latter to lift the potential failure of judgment; At the same thesis describes the elevator system tests and test methods in the laboratory and field, and analyze the test results in detail. Finally we summarize the contents of the system and prospected its further work.
