In recent years,the steel structure has developed rapidly,which brings convenience to people’s life,but many steel structures have also brought a heavy price,these incidents led to a greater proportion of steel components damaged buildings destroyed,so it is necessary to reinforce the steel members.This article mainly research on mechanical properties of axially loaded steel columns reinforced by outsourcing reinforced concrete while under load.Studying of reinforcing steel columns under load,on the basis of steel columns reinforced by outsourcing reinforced concrete.and providing a theoretical basis for study the mechanical properties of reinforcement steel columns under axial compression on seasonal frozen area,and providing a consummate specification of steel reinforcement reference.The main contents of this article are:(1)Axial compression test was studied for the 7 steel columns reinforced by outsourcing reinforced concrete while under load,to analyze the influence of the different concrete strength,initial load value and stirrup ratio on the ultimate load-carrying capacity,stress-strain curve and ductility of steel columns reinforced by outsourcing reinforced concrete while under load.The calculation formula of axial compression bearing capacity of steel columns reinforced by outsourcing reinforced concrete while under load is established,and the experimental results are compared with the standard values and the theoretical calculation results.(2)The ABAQUS finite element software was used to simulate each reinforcement column,to explore the influence of different concrete strength,initial load,and hoop ratio on the steel column.ABAQUS finite element simulation of The above reinforced column with different sizes.Ratio of length to width of section is 1.0~1.6;The obtained ultimatebearing capacity is compared with the test component SRHC-2.By comparing the value of the ultimate bearing capacity with the test component SRHC-2,to verify the conclusion of the second chapter.(3)The freezing and thawing cycle tests were carried out on 20 concrete blocks,and the number of cycles was 0,50,100,150,200.Analysis of freezing and thawing cycle tests influence degree on the concrete strength,quality,area,and calculate the new strength of materials,reduction of area,Then,the concrete is used as the reinforcing material to reinforce the steel column under the load,and the new bearing capacity calculation formula is obtained;The case example and application of finite element analysis software ABAQUS on different freeze-thaw cycles under 4 in-service reinforced steel column was analyzed,Comparison between theoretical calculation results and simulation results are used to verify that the mechanical analysis of the strengthened column is reasonable.
