There are many common problems in the central heat source,especially in the primary pipe network and the secondary pipeline network.These problems are researched in this paper.By the calculation of the heat load,the hydraulic calculation and the actual operating parameter record of each pipe network,the real time data from monitor platform,the parameters such as the increase the secondary pump flow,lift are obtained.This paper takes advantage of these parameters,the specific conditions of its pipe network and secondary water pump to solve water imbalance,uneven heating,pipe network pressure drop and other issues.The purpose of adjusting the hydraulic balance of the whole pipe network is achieved and the heating efficiency of the heating pipe network is improved.The normal demand of thermal users is satisfied.In the meanwhile,the system energy consumption is reduced and the system's stability is improved too.It has been justified that the problems can be solved mostly according to the actual detecting results of the improved system.In order to verify the calculation results,it is necessary to compare the parameters of the backwater water temperature,pressure,flow rate and heat consumption according to the hydraulic calculation results and the actual monitoring system of the pipe network.According to the calculated results and the actual operation of the most adverse water supply and drainage between the pressure difference to determine whether the need to increase or replace the backwater secondary pump station.According to the calculation of heat load and the actual amount of hot water to determine the maximum flow of the pump.According to the maximum pump flow half of the pump design flow,outdoor temperature difference to start first or secondary pumps to complete a network in the thermal station Cycle to meet the different heat users with the use of heat requirements.While in the calculation to increase the backwater secondary pump,it is necessary to consider the users at the end of the pipe network.Also whether the surrounding heat will have a negative impact on users should be considered too.In order to increase the secondary pumps In the secondary network,it is necessary to go through the hydraulic analysis.The most disadvantage hot spots should be found first.Secondary pumps here are used to overcome the main vertical pipe and indoor resistance.The hydraulic pressure calculated by the hydraulic loss,the area of each secondary pump circulation,the actual operating temperature and pressure conditions are considered to determine the secondary pump operating parameters.The secondary pumps in the heat source are mainly used for multi-heat network heating systems.The hydraulic parameters among heat sources do not match.The common approach is increasing the pump to adjust the hydraulic conditions.According to the heat consumption and return water temperature difference,the parameters of heat pump flow and the original circulating pump flow can be calculated to meet the demand.But because the pipe diameter has been reduced in the transformation process,by hydraulic calculation,the pipe resistance is higher than the original pump lift.It is necessary to consider the heat source,the heating net,the heat transfer station,the heating capacity of the boiler house,the output of the pump,the electricity demand in the actual operation and the total power of the boiler room to make the final project plan.
