| In the centralized clean heating system,there is a common problem of insufficient heat supply under extremely cold weather,and it is necessary to increase the clean peak regulating heat to achieve the balance with the user’s heat demand.This process is called peak regulating heat supply.This paper mainly studies the peak regulating technology of natural gas absorption heat pump and electric driven heat pump at the heat exchange station.The specific content is as follows:(1)This paper analyzes the problems of peak regulating at the heat source,such as large peak regulating heat,large primary network heat loss and transmission power consumption,and maladjustment of pipe network level,and proposes accurate peak regulating at the heat exchange station.The peak regulation of gas absorption heat pump and electric compression heat pump in heat exchange station is studied,and the working principle and the peak regulation effect in the heating system are analyzed.(2)Two kinds of heat pumps,gas absorption heat pump and electric compression heat pump,are taken as the research object,and the working medium of the absorption heat pump and the working medium of the electric compression heat pump R134 a cycle change and thermal process are analyzed respectively.The second law of thermodynamics and MATLAB software are used to calculate the COP in the peak regulation process of the heat pump and the change law of influencing factors.It mainly includes the influence of driving heat source temperature,cooling water outlet temperature,low temperature heat source outlet temperature on the absorption heat pump performance coefficient COP and the influence of condenser outlet temperature and evaporator outlet temperature on the electric compression heat pump COP.(3)According to the actual operating conditions of the heat pump,the error of the theoretical COP and the actual COP of the heat pump was compared,the cause of the error was analyzed,and the corresponding empirical formula was fitted;At the same time,the peak regulation effect of heat pump is analyzed from the aspects of design heat load,secondary network water supply temperature,COP and outdoor temperature variation trend.The effect of waste heat recovery of the heat pump unit is analyzed by combining the outdoor temperature change and the temperature rise change of outdoor air temperature and primary network return water temperature before and after the heat pump recovery.(4)Study the central heating system,analyze the heat consumption,peak regulation efficiency and accuracy of heat pump peak regulation in heat exchange station,in order to ensure the balance of the system,adopt the method of setting a large gas absorption heat pump unit inside the heat source plant for peak regulation,and determine the system heat supplement based on the change of the system heat supplement with the outdoor temperature.The study focuses on the heat replenishment effect and the stability of the heat balance of the system after the heat pump unit is started,and the actual verification is carried out to provide reference for the follow-up of similar projects. |
