Early damage occurred mainlyin3to5 years in high-class asphalt pavement in China,And the destruction of a variety of forms,including rutting,cracks and flake,etc.The occurrence of these problems,in addition to the pavement structure design,material composition design of the defect,and the addition of alkaline filler is also deserved to be explored.Asphalt mixture is a kind of dispersion mixture which is made up of asphalt,aggregate,and filler,and the pros and cons of its performance depends on the composition of its own performance and the interaction between asphalt,aggregate,and filler.The current asphalt mixture design method is mainly through three aspects which include raw material performance,mineral aggregate gradation and mixture performance verification to adopt the design optimization,At present,powder is chosen as the main filler in a large number of basic construction in our country.The diversity of filler selection,and the compatibility with the other two materials,is not sufficient for comparison.This article not only cement,hydrated lime,mineral powder,fly ash and asphalt rubber paste filler on the performance of asphalt mixture analysis,at the same time,in order to save resources,to strengthen environmental protection,broadening the ways to reuse waste items,in this paper,the old car brake pads for the first time,and its processing and grinding into powder,as one of the packing,mucilage on asphalt and its mixture performance impact study.First of all,this paper study on the influence of cement,hydrated lime,fly ash,mineral powder and brake pads to high temperature,low temperature and temperature sensitivity of asphalt cement by adopting the conventional asphalt mortar test.It was found that alkaline filler of mucilage are promoted up high temperature performance of asphalt mortar,but reduce the low temperature crack resistance.In five kinds of fillers,hydrated lime can greatly improve the plural shear modulus and high temperature performance of asphalt,followed by brake pads,mineral powder between fly ash and cement.Second,according to different packing way with the performance of asphalt mixture,the Marshall immersion test,respectively,freeze-thaw splitting test,rutting test,Hamburg rutting test and evaluate the semicircle bending test.Test results show that,in contrast,the ore powder on water stability of asphalt mixture,and high temperature rutting resistance is poorer,after using hydrated lime,brake pad instead of mineral powder,resistance to water damage of asphalt mixture performance is greatly ascend,also has good high temperature performance improvement at the same time;With cement and fly ash on the water damage resistance of asphalt mixture and improve the performance of high temperature effect is not significant,even fell.Through Hamburg rutting test results can be seen,in addition to the cement,the rest of the three types of packing the spalling resistance of asphalt mixture than mineral powder specimen increased;Hydrated lime,brake pads,powder instead of mineral powder can improve the rutting resistance of asphalt mixture,and further proves the brake pads and hydrated lime powder can improve the high temperature performance of asphalt mixture.Semicircle bending test,the brake pads powder asphalt mixture specimen of flexural tensile strength and the energy needed to destroy,greater than the mineral powder as the filler of the asphalt mixture specimen,suggesting that brake lining powder as filler can improve the low temperature crack resistance of asphalt mixture.In this paper,the research results show that for the selection of filler,experience design method cannot fully put its good use to pavement performance of asphalt mixture.At the same time,the used brake pads powder on the mixture of water stable performance and high temperature performance has a obvious improvement.
