The rapid development of communications in the 21st century,from the mobile communication standard 2G network to be put into commercial 5G network,communication technology update iteration is unimaginable.Maritime communications are also constantly developing,the ship is also improper new equipment.The introduction of maritime broadband services has greatly improved the quality of communication and communication speed.Maritime satellite broadband system is a new generation of global mobile satellite communication system based on Inmarsat fourth generation satellite.Since the launch of Inmarsat's first four-generation satellite in 2005,the maritime satellite broadband system has entered the initial stage.With the continuous improvement of the structure of the fourth-generation satellite,the service scope of the broadband service has been gradually expanded,constantly enriching.The cost of satellite communication is one of the costs associated with the operation of ships.The communication between the ship and the company mainly through satellite communication to achieve the business of e-mail and voice communications,the use of maritime broadband communications services can bring shipping satellite communication costs,shipping costs can be reasonable scientific control.Future maritime communications will be dominated by maritime broadband communications.The addition of new equipment to the ship will inevitably require the crew to master and use,for which the crew need to be retrained.In order to reduce the cost,the Fleet Broadband 250 simulator can also be used to solve the problem of equipment tensions.Simulator features are connected through the LAN,analog devices can communicate between the network.So,that the crew can be familiar with the equipment,and learn to use the equipment.In this thesis,the use of windows 10 operating system,using Visual Studio 2012 development environment,the use of C#language and WPF framework for development,in detail in the paper Fleet Broadband equipment use and development process,this article can understand the Fleet Broadband 250 simulator implementation process.
