Fleet assignment problem in fleet planning is to allocate aircrafts and routes reasonably with a prerequisite for meeting the passenger and cargo transport demand and the existing fleet constitute,so as to reduce operating costs and increase profits. This paper proposes three models of optimal allocation model.First,a minimum cost single objective optimization model is proposed. The model takes into account the cost of airport landing fee,so that the model can take into account the concerns of small and medium airlines, regional airlines and low-cost airlines.Secondly, considering the performance of the aircraft,a single objective optimization model with the maximum mileage is proposed. This model helps airlines get the maximum fleet capacity,by optimizing the existing fleet allocation. This model also helps airlines improving capacity, when airlines are in capacity constraints or can not buy a new aircraft in a short time. The model can be applied to both passenger and cargo airlines. Finally, the maximum load carrying capacity model is modified to the maximum load capacity revenue model, and a multi-objective optimization model is proposed. At the same time,we consider the problem of passenger spill, passenger recapture and guest rate.In the model, the type coefficient of airlines is defined, and the model can be applied to passenger and cargo airlines. When the passenger market demand is reduced, this model can also help passenger airlines increasing the deployment of cargo capacity,to ensure revenue. The three optimization models proposed in this paper are calculated and verified by LINGO software respectively. The hierarchical entropy weight method is used to solve the multi-objective optimization model. The accuracy and applicability of the model are verified by comparing the simulation results with the original scheme. The model provides a theoretical reference for the daily work of airlines fleet planning.
