In the era of experience economy, various industries in recent years have set off a boom of user experience. But comparing with the customer-oriented products, the user experience of enterprise-oriented office products has been widely criticized. On the one hand, the booming economy and the trend of entrepreneurship all created large market for office products with good experience. On the other hand, the internet company have been challenging the traditional office products industry. Indeed, improving the user experience in office products is an important orientation for interaction design.Users' demands are the core of user experience, and the interaction design should be based on users' demands and take users' behavior as design object. Therefore, the interaction design according with user experience must study the users' demands and design by following the logic of behavior. This article trying to analyze the characteristics of scenario, users and users' behavior in office meeting, to find the research entry point. And by the means of users' demand research method, to investigate the users' demand and problems in using relevant products. After summarizing the demands and its characteristics, the demand collaboration problem in meeting scenario was found. On the basis of that, the Kano model research method were introduced to help to get the satisfaction evaluation to the users' demands from the wide ranges of users being invited to do the test. The demands can be screened out and classified into basic demands, expected demands and attractive demands which are office meeting products should have. Finally, combining with the features of user's demands, three design strategies were formed and the final interaction design for office meeting scenario was completed. In this process, the user experience research and design process was optimized.
