| Grouting steel micro pile is a new type of supporting structure for foundation and slope reinforcement.In engineering,it is lack of system research of stress mechanism,sliding retaining computational theory,pile-soil interaction,which makes the research of the theory significantly large behind the engineering practice.Due to the lack of theoretical research,the design of this structure is often based on experience or the use of “engineering analogy” method,which seriously affects the promotion and application of the structure.In this paper,with the aid of grouting steel micro pile,the basis of the independent foundation of the transmission tower is changed into an orthogonal strip foundation,combined with the characteristics of grouting micro steel pile retaining wall in slope reinforcement,a further analysis of the coupling supporting structure of reinforcement(Geological transformation of the geological body),mechanism of the interaction between pile and soil,fully proved this retaining structure has good practicability.The theoretical calculation method,the strength and stability checking method of retaining wall are expounded systematically.Combined with the weathered rock slope which the most prominent application,taking a top tower of weathered rock high slope reinforcement in Guangdong Province as an example.On the one hand,using the limit equilibrium method analysis the stability of the slope without support,established the parameters of slope supporting structure and reinforcement scheme,and then use the method of limit equilibrium respectively analysis the stability of the slope which set the grouting pipe anti sliding retaining wall and grouting beam(which connecting the contact beam of pile top and the foundation of transmission tower),set grouting pipe anti sliding retaining wall and anchor lattice beam,set coupling reinforcement(grouting pipe anti sliding retaining wall +beam + anchor lattice beam).On the other hand,the pile-soil interaction is simulated and analyzed by the FDM soft ware,the results show that the sliding slope is improved obviously,the displacement is small,the soil arching effect significantly,reflecting the good effect of coupling reinforcement,this paper especially analyzes the reinforcement effect of design parameters of grouting pipe micro pile on the effect of slope reinforcement. |
