Study On Composite Eco-Space Planning Of Anren County Supported By 3S Technology

With the development of economy and society, conflicts between man and nature are becoming increasingly serious. Phenomenon which is heavy economic development, and ignoring environmental protection and management is often seen. Environmental issues have become the biggest obstacle to social progress. Fundamental starting point of traditional planning is to promote economic development rapidly, that is unable to meet the development needs of the new situation. Therefore, in order to adapt to the balanced development of economic, social and nature in the new situation, this paper explored composite eco-space planning theory and application of 3S technology on the basis of previous studies. And this paper attempts to enrich and complete current theory and technology system.In this paper, methods of surveys, literature research, qualitative and quantitative analysis, empirical research are widely used. Firstly, this paper discussed the composite eco-space and the planning theory of composite eco-space. Secondly, on the basis of research in first step, this paper analysis the applications of 3S technology in composite eco-space planning. Then take Anren County as an example, optimized layout of composite eco-space in Anren County has been completed according to establish geodatabase, GPS site reconnaissance, remote sensing image collection, analysis and evaluation of ecological environment and 3S technology. Finally, this paper briefly analysis the ecological security pattern, space development pattern, protection and development strategy of ecological space and the planning management of Anren County.Research shows that:the eco-space planning theory proposed in this paper is to enrich and improve the existing theoretical system; 3S technology is the basic technology platform of the composite ecological spatial planning, which can be used in various stages of planning; Supporting by 3S technology, the present status of the ecological environment, the protection and development of ecological space layout optimization is feasible; Planning management based on 3S technology has the necessity and feasibility of practical application.
